Elbow rash

I experience a elbow rash, small white/red bumps on my elbows. They dont itch or pain. They disappear after a few days and then resurface.

Inner elbow rash, could I possibly have a contact skin dermatitis or regular eczema?

Red bumps on my right arm along with what i believe to be elbow rash. I want to know what is causing it, i'm allergic to dust and mold.

What can I treat an elbow rash with that doesn't burn or itch but doesn't respond to prescription steroid creams or elidel? besides eczema what could this be? it's been here since june?
