Dermal fillers
Dermal fillers are materials commonly used to "fill-in" facial wrinkles and decrease visible signs of aging. These substances are injected into the skin to plump lips, enhance facial contours, and soften the appearance of facial folds. The most common filler materials are derived from hyaluronic acid (i.e. Restylane (dermal fillers) and juvederm).
