Hardness improves: It's normal to feel the filler if pressing on the skin but it should not feel like a hard lump or appear on the surface. It works by plumping up the skin so you can "palpate" the filler. Usually feels like a firmness under the skin. Also the initial hardness that you feel is the initial swelling, bruising and inflammation caused by the injection which improves after a few weeks.
