Living will
A living will is a health care document that designates and directs someone to make the decision for you when you can not with regards to serous health conditions. It discusses resuscitation efforts, feeding tubes, ventilators and often comfort measures at the end of life.Choose someone you trust will make the decision you want not what their emotions dictate.
