Living Will: There are numerous sites on the web that offer free blank living wills with instructions. The az attorneys general's office: http://www.Azag.Gov/life_care/livingwill.Pdf or a non-profit hospice, hospice of the valley: www.Hov.Org/health_care_decisions.Aspx are two examples. Check with your state's attorneys general's website.

How do you do a living will; do you need a lawyer?

Available on line: A lawyer would get it exactly right (probably). You can find models of living wills on the google. Read carefully to see if the model is what you want. What a lawyer can do is tell you about things not written on the model that you might want included. A living will can help others with your end of life care and is a useful document.
