Stool leaking (incontinence)

My grandpa's 80yrs, diabetic for about 50yrs, and having IBS for 5years. Till last month, he got stool incontinence, unfortunately! what can I do for hi?

If I hold my urine in for long periods of time with this later cause problems?Like having incontinence or small drops leaked ? Bec. I do that when I'm not home due to reasons but I'm afraid that urine drops will be on my clothes this makes me anxious?
