Female incontinence is common especially if you have had multiple vaginal pregnancy with delivery. Usually it will spontaneously end but you might feel safer if you had a pad in place for when you strain, cough or sneeze. There is a national organization for this which you can look up on the internet if the condition becomes persistent.

'openness is hard to understand. Your incontinence needs to be investigated. Pl see a Urologist for there can be many reasons for it which can not be diagnosed without doing that. Ib the meantime stop alcohol, limit tea, coffee, soda and empty your bladder every 3-4 hrs. Good luck.
