PID can be sexually : Pid( pelvic inflammatory disease) is a result of vaginal infection tracking up into the uterus ( womb) and then into the fallopian tubes, resulting in spread of infection into the pelvic cavity- hence called pelvic inflammatory disease.Infection with gonorrhea is a classical example. However many other bacteria can cause the same problem. Full course of treatment should be followed. Zk.
