I recently had some weird red spots on my penis head like dry scabs and just there. i looked up herpes pictures and it looks nothing to what i have.

Penile lesions: Herpes usually presents with vesicular rash commonly referred as blisters. Those are usually painful and the skin they crop on is somewhat red. Dry lesions are not herpes but need to be looked at to establish the diagnosis.
