Minimal at best: Assuming there was no disruption in the integrity of the condom and that there was no other interchange of potentially infected bodily fluids the chances are very very small. Nothing, however, is 100%. If you are at all concerned the best thing to do is to be tested.

Less than if not,,,: The odds are definitely less than if you had unprotected sex. It also depends if you did other things like oral sex, etc.. If you're still unsure you can see your doctor and possibly get tested. Best of luck.
