Not a urologist, but an STD/HIV expert with 50 years professional experience. This is extremely low risk for HIV. It is very unlikely a woman like your partner has HIV. And even if she does, the risk of transmission from a single episode of unprotected vaginal sex is around one chance in 2,500. HIV testing isn't necessary, but you are free to be tested for reassurance in a few weeks.

It depends whether she is infected or not. Not everyone exposed gets HPV for it depends on the immune system and pror exposure. But this scenario is risky. You can get checked. Next time pl usebetter quality of condom.
