You are at little or no risk for HIV. There has never been a scientifically proved case of HIV transmitted mouth to penis. The main STIs with possible risk are gonorrhea, herpes due to HSV1, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), and possibly syphilis. With no symptoms at 2 weeks, it is unlikely you caught gonorrhea, herpes, or NGU; and syphilis is unlikely if no penile sore (chancre) by 4 weeks.

Some but not all STD can be transmitted by oral sex. Get a check up if worried.
