Ears pierced over 10 years ago but haven't worn earrings for years. my earlobes tend to get pus filled painful balls where the holes are. y?

Cysts: I wounder if you may be mistaken pus for something else. Sometimes retention cysts express white thick stuff commonly mistaken for pus. I doubt infection 10 years after ear piercing and on both sides at the same time. Have a doc look at you.
