See a doctor: that is severe pain scale wise negative urine test a week ago does not mean anything now the question is where is the pain in the lower abdomen right?left?middle? and what kind of pain stabbing,colicky,or pressure.where are from your ovulation when you answer some of these question we might be able to help you more any way go and see your doctor can examine you assure you or treat you good luck
