Family practice : You should go back and get it checked out. Probably a cyst or hydrocele. Usually b9. But i recommend further investigation.

You might mean in the scrotum not testicular mass. Spermatocele is the most likely that is of little concern. Ask the doctor who examined you.

Testis: It likely was an epididymal cyst. When large, these are known as spermatoceles. They can sometimes spontaneously resolve.
