Epididymal cyst.: The feel and location of what you describe is consistent with an epididymal cyst. This is a benign and common swelling of the epididymis, a tubular structure above the testicle. It is usually without symptoms, and may change in size or regress over time. If you feel anything suspicious or different in the scrotum, make sure you get evaluated to rule out infection or testicular tumor.
