I'm 16 years old, and today i found a lump attached to one of my testicles. it grew through the day and swelled. it hurts very badly, and i'm not sure what to do. i'm pretty embarrassed about it, but should i tell my parents and go see a doctor?

Yes! ASAP: You should tell your parents immediately and go see a Dr ASAP. There may be a variety of causes including a varicocele (enlarged blood vessel), or a hernia (when part of your internal organs slip into your testicle) but the most dangerous and painful is a Testicular Torsion (where the testicle inside the scrotum twists on itself- This is very dangerous and you could lose the testicle!)
