Have a bump on the bottom left side of butt cheek. hurts and is very uncomfortable. been their for about 4 days.

Could be: A few things. Might be an abscess, boil, pimple, skin infection. If it's getting worse, see a doctor. If it's not too bad, do some epsom salt soaks, try putting some polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) on it, wait a bit and see if it gets better on its own.

It seems to be several swollen bumps that are connected and are painful to the touch. My ear doesnt hurt, just the bumps. Otherwise I am a little stuffed up and tired but I feel fine.
