Sounds like anal : Leakage/discharge. You mentioned fecal retention which can lead to overflow incontinence. It happens in people who get impacted because of severe constipation this can also be asociated with weak sphincter muscles which can lead to having poor control on your bms. You will need a detailed anorectal exam evaluation of sphincter muscles. Please see a colorectal surgeon.
