Pressure sore?: Due to the protective effects of the ischial utero sites, it is unlikely that you will experience any deformity of the anus. However prolonged and unsustained pressure may lead to tissue necrosis and a pressure sore which is treated by pressure relief and sound care.

Deforming anus?: Your question sounds 'off the wall' but since you asked, here is my opinion... No, sitting won't deform you anus unless you have some congenital deformity you were born with. If you did not have problems with stooling (your other post said you smelled it) prior but now are, think about what you may be doing that could be contributing to your problem if if no answers, see a gastroenterologist.
