Before I would attribute all these symptoms to anxiety and stress I would want to rule out conditions like deficiency of calcium,magnesium and electrolyte imbalance,muscle overuse,muscle fatigue or actual muscle inflammatory disease. A consultation with a rheumatologist or neurologist would be worthwhile.

Agree with Dr Colantino, and it is important to have blood studies but also an EMG test. (Am unclear as to why MRI of brain was done.) Perhaps the anxiety and stress is appropriate to your worry about the significance of your symptoms and signs. If this persists once answers are forthcoming, then consider counseling. First, see knowledgable specialists, and get advice.

It’s best to have a physical exam to know if you have an illness. If not, you could see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help with your anxiety and, if needed, a Psychiatrist for medication.
