See a GI doctor: And do this soon. This can be infectious, inflammatory bowel disease, tumor, and so on and so on. Go see somebody soon and be evaluated. Hope this clears up quickly, but even if it does not you should undergo an evaluation and make sure there is nothing requiring intervention..
