Anal fissures?: This sounds like an anal fissure, but multiple ones are atypical. Or hemorrhoids? Have you had anal sex or other possible injury to the anal area? If not, and if the problem doesn't recur and the "tears" heal promptly, all probably is OK. A stool softener would be a good idea for a few days. But if in doubt, and especially if at STD risk, see a doctor for professional evaluation.
