Sounds like: A prolapsed hemorrhoid... You may want to try a common over the counter treatment, such as preparation-h or similar for a few days... If severely painful or not improving you may need a procedure to remove the hemorrhoid. Avoid straining with bowel movements and take a stool softener daily. See you doctor if not improving.
