If you have had a vasectomy and you have had 2 cleared semen analysis should you continue to get checked?

No: According to guidelines published by the american urological association, if there are no mobile sperm observed on a single post-vasectomy semen analysis done 8-16 weeks after the procedure, then you can stop using other forms of birth control. Recanalization of the vas deferens after this period is extremely rare.
