Remain same...: Vasectomy will affect the volume and color of semen although occasionally few post-vasectomy patients may see slight blood-tinged semen for 2-3 months. But take precaution against pregnancy until post-vasectomy semen exam shows no sperm. Ask the surgeon for detailed advice. Best luck ...
