Rectal Bleeding: The most common cause of this is hemorrhoid, which are dilated small veins that occur after recurrent pressure from hard bowel movements or childbirth, for example. Anal fissures - little cuts in the anus - can also happen from the same process. If it increases in frequency/ duration/severity then you may need to check it out. Likely not a big deal, though.
