Ehlers Danlos & LGIB: Ed can lead to weakness in abdominal and pelvic floor support, thereby, mechanical bowel pathologies are non-uncommonly encountered in ed. These include, herniation, gerd megacolon, sluggish passage of feces and constipation. Your lower bowel bleeding may be a non-musculoskeletal manifestation of ed. Regardless, needs a digital exam, imaging and a scope, & likely to be from non-ed related cause.
