Steroid cream or : Surgery . Prescription strength steroid cream e.g. Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) applied twice daily for a few weeks over tight are. May take care of the problem, always remember to return foreskin back over glans to avoid paraphimosis. You will require circumcision or prepucioplasty (diving tight dorsal skin which is then closed transversely if steroid cream doesn't help. Urologist can best advise.
