Normal: Torn area will contract ; scar causing shrinkage. You probably require prescription strength steroid cream like Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) so that foreskin can loosen. Am not a believer in stretching foreskin by itself to correct phimosis. Other alternative is either a preputioplasty, if you wish to keep foreskin, or circumcision.
