No STI can cause symptoms within 24 hours. Nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) can follow oral sex, perhaps sometimes due to normal oral bacteria, but takes 1-2 weeks for symptoms to start. More detail is required to judge the possibility of prostatitis or any other particular cause. See a urologist and maybe an infectious diseases specialist.
