I have had discharge from my penis, but with no pain. urine and blood tests were negative for stds. took cipro (ciprofloxacin) but still have clear discharge?

May be normal: If the "discharge" is associated with sexual excitement, it is likely to be normal. The two common STDs with such symptoms are gonorrhea and chlamydia, both can be tested for by doing nucleic acid tests on urine.
