What will be will be: We don't test for what one might put in his mouth because there are likely a billion germs that one transfers from his hands to his mouth in the course of a lifetime. What will be will be. Otherwise, one would have to visit the doctor every week of his life to get his mouth examined and samples taken. There's much more to life than worrying about things like that. If lesions grow, then we check.
