Cervical Cancer: You have a high risk cervical lesion that may be or could be cancer. You must do the next step which is colposcopy to treat the lesions and to prevent cancer. You must go back to the Gynecologist and do the next step urgently.

Unsure: You will need additional evaluation and may need treatment for the abnormal cells. If your doctor does not give a reasonable explanation of your condition and the appropriate work-up and follow-up, you should consider finding another doctor.
