Probably not. The main cause of vaginal itching is yeast infection, which is not sexually acquired. However, mentioning STD/STI suggests you’re concerned about that possibility, so you should be tested. The same exam can also check out possible yeast or other explanations for your symtpoms. You could try one of the OTC “azole” treatments for yeast, but even if that helps, you should test for STI.
