Elevated and high- in BP are synonymous.. Loss of libido can occur due o many reasons which can result in ED. Pl see a Urologist or your doc for an exam and some evaluation is needed to find cause- as this is rare at age 28yrs. If you take any supplements pl stop - for some of them may cause these symptoms. Wish you well
