A member asked:

I have like tiny small bumps at the end of my vagina like on my labia minora, it's not painful though, i saw somewhere that it could be genital warts. how can i sure if it is or not ? it's been there for 3 years, or more *never had any form of sex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Without any sexual contact it is unlikely that these are genital warts (the medical term is condylomata). A gynecologist usually should be able to tell just by a visual exam, and they can be biopsied if there is any uncertainty.
