I've had white on my tounge going on 2 weeks been on flucanzole and clotrimazole, some days looks better next day it's back. std tests neg. rechecking hiv. blood showed abnormal glucose / eos absolute. throats been little sore and tired?

There must be 50 different causes of white coated tongue, most of them very minor. It's not the same as thrush, so no surprise there anti-yeast treatment didn't help. If you're the same person with similar questions on a different forum, you definitely do not have HIV and probably nothing to do with your recent sexual exposure(s). I don't see anything worrisome in any of this.
