No. First, chlamydia doesn't take well to the oral cavity and throat; even oral sex carries almost no risk of oral infection. Second, the amount of fluids transferred in this fashion wouldn't be an issue even if you weren't on treatment. Finally, within a few hours of the first dose of treatment, chlamydia is unlikely to be transmitted. (Don't push your luck: no sex until treatment done.)
