A member asked:

Greetings! i am curious can a female treat anal, oral and vaginal chlamydia with the same antibiotics, for vagina plus special treatments but with the antibiotics can it treat anal and oral as well ?

Oral ABx treat all: Chlamydia is the most common sexually transmitted infection in most countries, & a common cause of infertility. It is always treated with oral antibiotics which should treat all locations in the body, but many physicians recommend a test of cure about 3 weeks after treatment to be sure it is effective. There is really no safe sex in today’s world other than in a committed marriage relationship

Yes if taken: orally, it can treat all the locations of infection at the same time. Vaginal application of antibiotics would not treat all the locations, just vaginal.
