Married for 14 years got the hpv vaccination 17 years ago. havent had a pap in 6 years. whats the chances of testing positive for hpv? husband had warts 13 years ago and they came back about a year ago?

Most likely your upcoming Pap smear will be normal; if HPV testing is done, probably it will be negative -- especially if your previous paps over the years have been normal. Having had regular sex with your husband over the years, you have been repeatedly exposed to the HPV that caused his warts and are immune to it because of your exposures, vaccination, or both.
