I tested hsv-1 igg positive (22.5) but hsv -2 negative. last year i tested all came negative. i have been with few partners after that. no one had any visible symptoms too. i have no symptoms or outbreaks so far. so how i got or should repeat results?

Probably you'll never know when and where you were infected. HSV1 is not often transmitted in absence of an obvious outbreak (unlike HSV2).
