Probably: An acute HIV infection can manifest itself with flu like syndrome, rash and a positve p24 antigen and negative elisa( IG antibody test) it can take about 6 weeks after HIV infection for antibody to HIV to be positive but the p24 antigen ( capsid antigen) is detected very early during infection, you should be retested six weks later ; HIV test is pretty accurate but still false positive do occur.
