I had an oil and dry handjob, there was no cuts on my penis but a small inflammation/redness, do i have a risk for "hiv" and do i need testing?

Life's surprises: Healthy hands don't transmit HIV viruses. However, life can be full of surprises. If worried, one can do his regular primary care check-up and ask for HIV screening. HIV screening is for all men and women, teens included, who are doing risky activities such as sex with new partners or several partners. If still worried, it's time to stop having various people touch said penis.
