So, if all usual tests of STI (Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Mgen, etc) are negative - what could cause the white cotton strands in first catch urine in the morning, and general burning on tip of penis/pain in lower abdomen a week after unprotected sex?
Ive been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. Recently Ive had this burning sensation in my pelvic area periodically. No other symptoms. Clinic did urine sample test for gonorrhea chlamydia, UTi and trichomoniasis, all negative. Any idea of cause?
Tested negative for both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. However, I peed to the top of the cup given to me by the doctor. I heard its first stream, should I get retested or was the cup size small enough? Haven't had sex in nearly 4 years?

Should I get retested if I provided a midstream sample of my urine for PCR testing for chlamydia/gonorrhea. I got the results and it came back negative. But Im worried that it may not be reliable since its the first-pass that laboratories needed?
