No: Urinalysis is negative. need to send urine for gonorrhea &chlamydia separately. If they had sent for those 2 & was negative that rules out both.

What urine test ?: The routine uranalysis done in most doctors office are a basic check for your kidney function or kidney/bladder infections. Chlamydia and gonorrhea might show up as nonspecific changes in this, but tests must be specifically ordered for STD detection to look for them. They look for the DNA of the germ and are technically more involved.
