Chlamydia blood tests are useless in diagnosing current or recent infection. And chlamydia is virtually never acquired from oral sex, only from vaginal or anal intercourse. There is no point in having an IgM tests. (If otherwise at risk, i.e. sexual exposure other than oral sex, have a urethral swab or urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea nucleic acid testing.
