IgG, lgM indicate past infection. IgG late antibodies stay long term-may depend on repeat exposure ; IgM early and disappear after few weeks. If concerned would repeat urine culture in 1-2 week but if negative very likely you don't have active infection( unless recently re-infected and the number of chlamydia are low to detect..
