Urine and bacteria test shows negative and this white little discharge still coming out of my bf penis .what might this be?

Maybe need tests: I would suggest getting a direct urethral swab for chlamydia and ureaplasma first and if negative then would suggest a cystoscopy ( direct visualization of his urethra).
