Depends: If you have already developed secondary sexual characteristics (voice change, pubic and axillar hair, facial hair) and your doctor has considered your overall growth normal you are fine. A penis of 4 inches is not the problem, what is important is your confidence and self esteem. In sexual relations the length of penis is not as important as some people think. Talk to your dr if you are unsure.
